Payment

£150 deposit made payable to Vanessa Ferrett will confirm your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your departure date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person who booked the holiday and should be communicated to us in writing. However we will retain your deposit and in addition will apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown as follows:

From booking to 6 weeks prior to departure - deposit only

6 weeks - 3 weeks 50% of total

3 weeks and less 100% of total

Check In/Out

Guests are welcome to arrive (unless otherwise agreed) between 3pm and 8pm

Guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on their day of departure to allow for cleaning

Meet & Greet  (winter season only)

On arrival you will be met by Jane Waller - Tel: 0033 450 74 14 63 or Mobile: 0033 615 73 60 91

All keys are kept with Jane, who will show you into the apartment, hand over keys and arrange a time to collect the keys on your departure.

The apartment is strictly NON smoking in all areas.
